Dears,

I don't know if I'm at the correct place to ask this:

is it possible to integrate the Avaya IP office PBX and Avaya B179 phones with Polycom Gseries and RMX/Ressource Manager ?

I cannot find anywhere information about it ..

Thanks in advance!

br,

Julien

Hello Julien,

I am not awar of an official document for Avaya as we may have not interoperability tested this but a example that shows the settings on the RMX end can be found => here <=.

Any more details etc. should be requrested via your Polycom reseller as you may want to work with a Polycom SE.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hello Julien,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The RMX can utilize a SIP trunk if that is supported by your PABX.

Can make it done by create H.323 trunk between Avaya IP PBX and RPRM as RPRM does not support SIP trunks

Hi jbuchmann,

Have you tried using CTIs like <removed>? It supports Avaya-Polycom integration.<removed> has a lot of amazing features such as Automatic Call Logging, Click to Dial Anywhere, and Gamification. It's very easy to set up and is user friendly as well. Check out <removed> for more info. Hope this helps!
