HP Recommended

Dear all,

On Jan 19th 2015, the certification of the RMX Web UI & RMX Manager will expire resulting in a browser security alert when accessing the RMX from a workstation browser which is dependent upon the IT security policy in the user environment (users may be alerted to a “non-trusted” application but should be able to acknowledge and continue work normally).

Please contact your Polycom reseller and/or Polycom support or check the Polycom support page => here <= for newer releases that will include a certificate that will expire around the 30st December 2017

IMPORTANT NOTE: The certificate in question is not the one used for SSL/TLS communications between the RMX and other devices (example, Lync, DMA, RMX manager, etc.). Normal RMX audio/video functionality will be unaffected. If there is any impact, it will affect RMX client connections only (RMX manager or Web GUI).
