We  are just starting to use our ISDN PRI on our RMX 2000.  Dialing out does not seem to be a problem but incoming ISDN calls are being processed by the bridge as E164 calls not ISDN.  Any thoughts as to why this is happening?  Thanks.

Helix,

What exactly do you mean they are being processed as E164 calls? Could you provide some screenshots showing what is happening on the bridge?

When ISDN endpoint dialing into bridged call I do not see site hit the bridge.  When dialing into a meeting room ISDN number the meeting room comes active but again I do not see anything hit the bridge.  The end point sees connection H323, E164 and then connection drops.  I have reviewed the CDR files and cannot see where anything for either conference or meeting room ever connected.  The endpoint has been able to connect to another bridge via ISDN with no issues just not ours.  Have been trying to find another ISDN endpoint to test with but so far no luck.
