Hello,

In an MGC 100 , we add new meeting room with some particpants , all particpants are configured in dial-out. The conference will be in Participant A , this particpant has an IVR asking for password ; In point-to-point  it works fine, but in multi-point how MGC or one other participant can introduce the conference password ; please help us to do it .

In the Settings tab of the meeting room properties make sure that Msg Service Type is set to IVR and select the Msg Service Name of the IVR you wish to use.

In the Conference Password tab of the IVR service you selected make sure that Enable Password Messages is checked and that undero Dial Out on the left select Request Password.
