RMX 1800 call issues from mobile data

Hi,

 

We have procured Polycom RMX 1800 Bridge.

we are able make the calls using DSL internt,leased line , but we are unable to make calls using  Mobile data .(Airtel/vodafone/Jio/Idea,etc) .

 

Please let me know any one is having this type of issue. we are not getting proper support from Polycom team.

Hello Rajesh,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

Also what are the call scenarios you are using?

Do you have a Polycom reference ?

 

Not having a valid contract or being out of warranty can affect how Polycom can support you. Did you check if you can use Pay Per Incident / PPI ?
