According to the Polycom web site: http://support.polycom.com/content/support/North_America/USA/en/support/network/collaboration_confer...:

The RMX 1000 has been discontinued and is no longer available for purchase. Support for the product will be available until 05/31/2016.

The RMX 1500, 2000,and 4000 don't have EOS or EOL notices. The current software is from Dec, 2016. Also from the support site:

RMX / RealPresence Collaboration Server version 8.6.X and above supports RMX 2000 / 4000 with MPMRx card, RPCS 1800, RPCS VE

RMX / RealPresence Collaboration Server version 8.5.X and below supports RMX 1500, RMX 2000 / 4000 with MPMx card, RPCS 1800, RPCS VE

Re: RMX 2000 EoL and EOS

Hello Sabir,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

A new Data Sheet generator has be created and can be found under Self Service > Product End of Life Search.

The new search tool provides the same data as the old sheet but also allows filtering by Product, and on demand individual Product ID search.

For additional information regarding upgrades and recommended replacements for the End of Life products, please contact your Polycom Sales Representative or Authorized Polycom Reseller.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
