Hello everybody,

Hope you are doing well,

I have a case in hold for a long time now, about a RMX 2000, and a RSS

When a conference is up, every calls are ok, but when the customer click on "recording", then the RMX get this message:

Failed, There's already a recording link in Conf (call rejected)

This is one of the logs;

D:22/08/16-14:02:25.809694 E:Mcms P:ConfParty SID:32892248 TN:LOBBY_#b45f9b9 O:CLobby L:n Lctn:Lobby.cpp(554)

CLobby::OnH323CallIn - Failed, There's already a recording link in Conf (call rejected)

Could someone help me on this case?

Thank you,

Johan

Hello Johan

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hello Steffen,

thank you for your reply

these are the versions:

On the surface this sounds like a case where you have recording enabled in the conference profile and it is set to "Record Immediately". If that's the case, the recording link is established as soon as the conference starts. If someone issues another record command you will get the message you are receiving.

Hi MikeB,

I have checked the configuration and it is in "Record Immediatly", but no record happen.

We have to start manually the record (then, we have a "participant" in the conference which is a camera.

And then, when another participant dial the VMR, it is failed to connect.

We keep searching but can't find why yet
