Hi, we have an issue on our RMX2000. We cannot see video preview ( View Participant sent Video, View Participant Received Video) from drop down list when right clicking on client.
Software ver. - 8.5.4.70 , Ultra_secure_mode is disabled, conference mode - CP . 
What can be the reason?

Thanks for advise Mike. We've checked that flag as workaround to overcome the problem. 
And already we've found the solution : If we have AUTO set in profile for encryption, though none of the client supports it, this items are lost from drop-down list. 
It seems that this feature is not covered in any doc. So if someone face this problem you can use my post as clue to resolve the issue.

Update for issue : 
We have downgrade our RMX to version 8.4.2, made this for RMX Manager also. Still no Video preview pane. 
Tryied to connect with all browser types but stii same result. 
Screenshot enclosed. 
Has someone faced the sam problem?

Andrey,

 

Try to add manually System Flag ENABLE_VIDEO_PREVIEW = YES.

 

Be aware that getting Video Preview is >>> a lucky surprise <<<.
