Please download the appropriate RMX Manager for the version of RMX you are running and use it.

RMX manager is much more reliable when talking to the RMX for control.

Good Luck,

The only browser that is supported for connecting to the RMX is Internet Explorer due to the use of ActiveX controls. What some people have run into is that their IT departments have instituted Group Policies on the network the limit ActiveX plugins. As Gary mentioned, using RMX Manager will get around this issue. Can you post a screen shot of the error you are getting? The AciveX issue normally presents itself with a Browser Environment Error message but that doesn't sound like what you are getting.
