Hello All,

 

Can you please tell me that how to reset my rmx4000 password?

 

I have typed POLYCOM & SUPPORT so it doesent' accetp.

There is no backdoor into a RMX unless you have made one.  If you don't have the password then you will need to reset the code back to the factory default and use the default password.  You can then push down to the RMX your saved backup of the configuration, after you have brought the code up to you current release.

my problem has been solved!

 

RMX has been restored / reseted and now new password has been created.
