Hi, 

 

 

I have purchased a new RealPresence Resource Manager (RPRM) and there is no DVD installation with it! 

 

Could you please tell me that if there is a way to get the DVD software from internet or polycom websites.

Hello ali4yaqubi,

you should be simply reaching out to your Polycom reseller who sold you the RPRM as the DVD should have been delivered.

 

Alternatively please contact our Polycom support team as you obviously have a valid license for the unit to be installed.
