What is the difference between the RMX 2000 V8.6.3.480 ActiveXBypass image and the standard image?

In which case do I install the ActiveXBypass image instead of the standard one?

RMX 2000 V8.6.3.480 ActiveXBypass file is not an RMX image file. It is a file that contains the necessary Internet Explorer browser plugins required to access the RMX. This file is required for user PCs where Group Policies prevent the automatic installation of the ActiveX controls.
