Dear Support,

 

Is there a way to create  conference through RMX 1500 for the following IP Address.When i tried,it gave me an error saying to check the IP address and it conting ##followed by extension.

 

 

Dial out number is 140.242.214.12##806199.

Try to define Participant Properties -> General:

IP address: 140.242.214.12

Alias Name / Type: 806199 / E164

 

In most cases this works.
