I have a problem with a RMX - 2000 unit containing one MPM-h card. Running firware 5.0.0.54.
Have tried reseating the MPM-Card, and it's LEDstatus is a lit RDY light. There are no connections, 0 / 20 video ports in use. in hardware monitor status is Normal on both the MPM and Switch.
Please advise.
