We are currently experiencing a problem where our MGC100 is rebooting itself at random times. It has happened twice in the past 24 hours (with telecons/vtc's ongoing). I have contacted Polycom and sent them our files but I wanted to see if anyone on here has ever experienced something like this. On the fault log there are no errors. All it says in the fault log when the reboot happens is 'System Startup'. It does not provide an explination as to why.
Now some background of what we have done in the past 2 weeks-
On July 3rd we upgraded our MCU and MGC manager software from 9.0.3 to 9.0.4. The upgrade went off, seemingly, without a hitch. We had experienced a problem with static/bleed over on our meetings about a year ago. Polycom provided a patch for this and that problem was fixed (April 2011). After upgrading the software the static/bleed over problem returned and we rediscovered on July 9th. After contacting Polycom we were told that the problem was with our txt file. The Polycom tech edited our txt file, sent it back and we uploaded it to our MCU (7/9/12 @ 1800) Everything was fine on the bridge the next day(7/10/12). The first random reboot happened at 1333 on 7/11/12.
Any ideas?
