Hello,

i get errors on my rmx2000 server.

Version 8.2.0.85.

RMX periodically reboot, by itself and works very slowly.

So errors:

1)Central signaling component failure; unit type: CSSignalPort (cs id 1)

2)CPUCleaning Existing Fault: Process CPU usage is high: 110%

3) Unit Failure

4)Cleaning Existing Fault: Unit Failure

 

Please help. Thank you.

There are a number of things that can cause Central Signaling errors in version 8.2 that have been addressed in later releases of the RMX software. If you have a current service agreement I would recommend upgrading to version 8.5.4. If the errors persist after the upgrade you should open a Service Request so that the relevant logs can be retrieved and analyzed.
