Hi All,

 

I am trying to establishing Secure Communication with Polycom RMX 2000.

 

Created Certificate by entering Complete details like Country, State, Locality, Company Name, Organization, Organizational Unit, and Common Name (DNS), after entering these details, created finger print value, share with Certificate Authority of Organization for Creaitng Certificate. On uploading Certificate shared by CA, getting an error, " Can not install SSL/TLS Certificate".

 

Kindly support on this issue.
