Reporting tool for RMX 2000 & CMA 4000

Hi,

I have installed RMX 2000 ver 7.6 and CMA 4000 ver 6.0. The user is asking for a single reporting tool which can generate call reports from both the devices and export into a single file. I have already shown him the report generated from RMX as well as from CMA. Some users do point-to-point VC which are shown in CMA and the rest use RMX for VC sessions which are shown in RMX. But the client need is a single tool from which he can extract both the reports. The client has already used Zyross but not satisfied as Zyross gives report only from RMX. Kindly help.
