I WANT SOFTWARE WHICH CAN AUTOMATIC PING & SHOW THE PACKET LOSS INFO.
I ALMOST 140 LOCATION AND 3 RMX FOR MAINTING & CHECK THE STATUS OF THEM.
SO , IS THERE ANY TOOL WHICH CAN HELP ME.

I think, that Caps-Lock is not the perfect way to get answer quickly, but for ping you can use self-write bash scripts or systems, like Nagios or Cacti, but with packet loss you will need something like EdgeView (don't sure about H.323 traffic).

We use Solarwinds NPM for monitoring our 200 sites. You need to specify the Engineers toolset around $800 or they will sell you a 30k webserver version http://www.solarwinds.com
