We are excited to introduce our three brand new Asian Support Forums (Chinese, Korean and Japanese) on Polycom Community.

Why did we add foreign language Support Forums?
 

We know that social media and forums are extremely popular in Asia. However, users in Asia mostly prefer to communicate in their own native language instead of English. There is a need in Asia for a Polycom Support Community but users want to be able to enter posts in their own language and moderators need to reply in same.  So, here we are, offering a forum in Chinese, Korean and Japanese where users can feel free to post in Asian characters. We have also staffed our APAC moderators to monitor those three special forums.
