RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication".  Whenever you see this orange icon on a website, it means RSS is available.

On this community site, we make it very easy for you. Just click on the "Board Options" or "Blog Options" drop-down menu and look for "Subscribe to RSS Feed".  Then you will arrive on a page where you can see a list of content. On that page, click on the blue link that says "Subscribe to this feed".

Why do you want to subscribe?  Maybe you are interested in a specific forum on this community.  Or, you enjoy reading someone's blog.  If you subscribe to the forum or the blog, then whenever new content is posted to that forum or blog, you will able to see the latest updates from your web browser and/or from your Outlook email.
