In October, Polycom promised that CloudAXIS would transform the industry, offering enterprise-grade video collaboration to everyone. 

Over the past few months, as the solution made its way into the hands of my co-workers, partners and customers, we began to see that promise fulfilled.

Many of you probably have heard on the news about the Yahoo CEO's recent decision to ban employees from working from home.  This news has sparked a lot of media interests and online/offline discussions.  Some people support it, some don't.  Polycom has posted a response on the www.polycom.com website.

October was an exciting month for Polycom.  Every coworker I talked to was involved in planning and/or executing our "largest product launch in Polycom history".  The energy around the office was awesome.  Our team members were looking forward to the big announcement day on October 8.  I was also right in the middle of all these excitement!

Hello Social Folks!  Videos are a big part of Polycom business, our video solutions allow people to connect virtually anywhere, anytime. Polycom communicates to the world via lots of videos too.  One of the best places to display the videos are, of course, YouTube.  Did you know that there is a Polycom Channel on YouTube?

Just finished attending the Lithium Conference 2012.  This year, the theme was "Heroes".  Lots of keynotes speakers presenting great knowledge. It was, indeed, a very interactive and informative event.  

Do you use Twitter?  Are you aware that there is a Twitter box on this Polycom Community site homepage?

December is a special month.  People are celebrating the end of the year and welcoming the new year.  It's the season for giving and sharing.  All over the world, people are donating clothes, toys, food and sharing good wishes among each other.

Good news! The copy and paste bug on the Polycom Community site is fixed in one of the recent Lithium releases.  Thanks to you, our community users, for reporting the issue to us!  Please keep your feedback coming so that we can continue to improve!

Very often in the Support Community, we see the same kinds of questions being asked multiple times by different people.  While we usually suggest users to leverage the Search functionality on the Polycom Community site, we are also trying something new called "FAQ" post....

Many people come to the Polycom Community site with questions.  And many good folks at Polycom are dedicated to help answering questions.  But have YOU thought about helping other people by answering their questions as well?

Did you notice something new on the Polycom Community?  This morning our homepage has changed a little.  We have added four new Industry Communities, re-organized a couple of Support Forums, and created a "Blog" area....

Hello Community Users!  I am seeing more and more Polycom users posting questions on this Polycom Community site.  This is awesome and we thank you for your participation!

Just wanted to quickly remind you that we have dedicated forums for specific support questions.  Please make sure you post in the correct forum, so that our moderators and other Polycom users can see them and answer your questions.  

Did you know that every time someone gives you a kudos on your post, the system records it and displays the kudos on the community kudos module as well as the kudos leaderboard page?  I just checked the leaderboard page and was happy to see we have quite a lot of our community users who were given kudos by someone!

The web is a big place but it also is a very small place.  With one click, you can visit anywhere in the world within seconds.  You can chat with your friends and family. Check out their latest Facebook status.  Look up a former colleague.  Ask a question or offer help to a stranger.
