Hello,
the customer reported repeatedly that outgoing calls (sporadic) are not possible.
The user dials the the number and press the button to dial and the call breaks up. The Polycom sign is again on the display.
After a second or third try is it possible to perform the outgoing call.
On the customer side are also the model 5040 in use and this is not affected.
Also the QoS Low message is shown in the events for the 6020.
A Firmware upgrade was done for the KWS600v3 and the DECT Handsets to PCS12BA
How is it possible to troubleshoot the issue with the outgoing calls to analyse the reason.
As release cause code is shown: 0x7F and sometimes 0x70 ??
Installed is a KWS600v3 and two repeater.
Kind regards,
Joerg K.

Hello Joerg.
In the Q2 firmware, available in start of April 2012, we have improved the immunity to other DECT systems.
This reduces the number of incidents, where hook off results in the handset going back to idle instead of making/answering a call.
