viewstation ex setup

Hi all.. I aqm new here.. we have a viewstation  EX.. i need help setting it up... We are using comcast internet service.. any help would be appericated. I have no clue how to get this thing setup and working.

Any video system that uses H323 will be setup the same. 

First you have a static IP address, subnet mask and default gateway as any PC would have.  If the EX is connected directly to the internet then the unique static IP address would be provided by Comcast (note this will be a second IP address, not the modem address).

If the EX will be used behind a router then the router will provide the standard 192.168.x.x and the public static IP address from the ISP will need to be set up with NAT and port forwarding.
