I have an EF2241 installed in a meeting room with ceiling mounted speakers and microphones. Frequently, when the caller speaks, the output level of the caller lessens. This is mitigated by muting our end of the call. Is this an AEC issue or an AGC issue? How do I go about fixing it?
The reference assign for the microphones it Bus. The automixer Bus ID is 1, the Ref Enabled is On and the Ref Bias is 5.
