We r using Soundstructure C8 with HDX ceiling mic & HDX 7000. we r integrated ceiling mic in to soundstructure C8 and the soundstructure output goes to HDX 7000. The problem is Equipment rack is always power on condition only, when in the morning we try to connect the Video conference that time ceiling mic is not responding. for this problem not happen in every day it will happen 2days once or weekly twice we can't judge when the problem is come. When the microphone is not detecting that time we restart the soundstructure that time its responds and its works well. like that we manage that.
for that problem we r change soundstructure to ceiling mic cable and upgrade the firmware to 1.3.3 and 1.3.3hf also. Still the problem persists.
Anyone having any suggestinons let us know.
