Hello Khuram Shahzad,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

I have moved your post into the right section which covers the CMA product.

In addition could you kindly follow up your old post => here <= and => here <= before posting anything new ?

Without seeing any logs in your case I can only assume that for example using such outdated software versions a certificate may have expired on the CMAD client end.

So far you have only provided us with the software details of the CMA end but no details on the exact level of software and CMDA and RPD versions.

I suggest you work with your Polycom reseller as they can raise a support ticket or a pay per incident ticket for you if not in contract or warranty.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
