Dear All,

 

Facing a weird issue with CMA 5000. My alias/E.164 changes automatically. I have CMA desktops installed in my campus. What could be the reason for the same.

 

My habit : I log-in and log-out on many PC with CMA D username and password. Is this could be the reason. But i always make sure that i log-out from the previous logged-in CMA-D.

 

One more thing which i noticed is that i can log-in on two CMA-D with same username and password without logging-out from first CMA-D .

Hi,

 

Remove the D client from CMA and create again the same.

As per your suggestion i deleted the CMA D id from the CMA 5000 but still the issue persist.

Hello Shailesh,

 

could you provide more information about the Infrastructure you are using and if any VBP's are involved and what software version the CMA, CMAD is running?

 

The 6.0.3 and 6.2 release added some fixes to the alias so you may want to read up the release notes => here <=

Greetings of the day !!!

 

Yes we do have VBP which allows external call into our premises...its VBP 5300 ST 25..

My CMA 5000 is having version 6.0.2. ER7 and CMA  D version is 5.1.0.0060..

 

I m still facing the same issue
