CMA Desktop not connecting due to NAT

Hi

 

I am new to CMA and have been asked to connect two sites to be able to use conferencing.

 

We are using CMA Version 5.2.5.46602

 

the two sites have a different IP range and we are using NAT to connect to these sites. Is there a way of configuring the DMA to keep an IP address or the CMA with a IP address

hi Ramaiya2,

 

The default mode of the DMA is to use Routing mode .  Can you try using  Direct mode ?
