CMA, HDX, TouchControl...

Hi All!

We have:

CMA 4000 ver. 6.0.1.2

HDX 7000 ver. 3.0.4_ne

PTC ver. 1.4.0 - paired with HDX

PTC is not marked in CMA EP Monitor View nor shown in Peripherals view.

Any Suggestions?

Sorry if this is obvious but it's worth a try.  Have you deleted the HDX from the EndPoint Monitor View and let CMA refind it? (5 minutes or so)...   Wondering if that will help it re-learn about the HDX (and it's peripherals...

Investigating the issue I could understand that the peripherals are shown only when HDX operates in dynamic management mode. This is not described in the operation documents.
