Did you recently upgrade this system from 5.x to 6.0?
I found some internal reference to your @0@ error and would recommend that you contact Polycom Support via your Polycom Reseller.

Hi Steffen
we are not upgrade the sysem.As per CMA cofiguration screen it shipped on 5.1.0 version.May be our polycom distributor is upgraded the system.Plz find below the CMA configuration.

Issue was resolved by re-install the OS and CMA.
