Hi,

i have issues to upload my own IVR Promt Set to DMA Version 6.4. I always get the error "The uploaded archive does not contain a supported manifest file."

I read all KB articles but nothing helpful.

This is my MANIFEST.MF File:

AppName: dma7000
Format: PCM 16Khz 16bit Mono
Language: english
Promptset: test

Anybody who could help?

Thanks

Marc

Hi,

I have that same issue.

I want to change General_slide.jpeg in DMA 6.4

When I try to upload zip file I have that same warning: "The uploaded archive does not contain a supported manifest file."

Do you have any idea?

Thanks

Michal

Hi Steffen,

Sorry for late feedback.

Unfortunately, it wasn't help.

Could you be so kind and tell me where I can download  adhoc-video-6.4 zip file?

I have only adhoc-video-6.0.4.149687.zip file from polycom community.

I just make changes in manifest file as you wrote and renamed file from adhoc-video-6.0.1 to adhoc-video-6.4.

Maybe this is the reason why I can't upload all ziped file?

THX

Michal
