I have a couple of notebooks that have this problem, but until now the only way I found to fix it is reinstalling the hole machine...
Here is the problem:
When I try to open the application the Icon near the clock appears, but in the color gray, the main window never show.
No menu is open with right click on the icon, and the only way to close the app is killing the process.
If I reinstall or unistall and install again, the app works fine the first time, but after I close once, the problem is back again.
The attachment show how the icon appears.
Any help would be great!
