Change RSS4000's Welcome Message

Does anyone know how to change (or exchange) the RSS4000 IVR's Welcome Message?

And how to delete them again to resore to the original message?

I keep getting invalid Wav-format although I use the specified PCM/16bit/16kHz/mono-settings.

Hi Jen,

No, unfortunately. I have tried almost every Mac and Windows program.

Even with Audacity.

Today I tried to change the background.

The logo (png) worked, but the BMP did not (both created with Photoshop CS5).

Could you be so kind as to advise me, for instance what programs you are using to create both audio and video files for customisation?
