DMA v2.3.0 Build 24

New problem...

I've installed the DMA, I've added 2 MCU and integrated it with the CMA.

I relog, and the DMA seems to be bugging... Indeed, on the Dashboard, I can't even see the MCU, the System Version, etc...

I restart the DMA with the button On/Off, I see again the good informations, after 5 mins, I'm back to the same problem...

I try to install the patch P3 for the version 2.3, it said that it doesn't recognized the file format

For this problem, I would recommend calling in to Polycom Support and opening a ticket so that one of our support agents can work with you. I have not seen this particular issue before, so we would need to do troubleshooting with you in real-time in order to figure out why you are experiencing this behavior.
