Maybe, a problem with the MAC OS Lion...

Can you try with the OS Snow Leopard?

I think CMAD Version should be updated with MAC Lion 10.7 ,

I can't force customer to change OS.

CMAD V5.0.0 works fine under Mac OS X 10.6.7

Drifter,

There was an earlier post about CMAD Mac on OSX Lion:

http://community.polycom.com/t5/Management/The-SSL-Certificate-is-not-trusted-and-OSX-Lion/td-p/1470

Basically, Lion is not yet supported as an operating system for CMAD Mac. If it works on Snow Leopard then it is working as designed. CMAD Mac has not yet been tested on OSX Lion, I'm sure it will be supported on some future release, but I am not aware of a timetable for it.
