How to extract software upgrade key for RPRM from support page.

Hello Guys,

 

please help me to guide how to extract or download the software upgrade key for RPRM from support site.

GET option is not availble on the page.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Usually you require the serial number of the device in question.

Thank for reply on my query.

 

I have a serial number of the device to get the upgrade key code.

 

i am not able to get the serial no. the option for download the serial no is not available on the site for more information screenshot of the page has been enclosed.

The Download File link is above what is displayed in your screen shot. It's the same file for all versions. There are sections within the file that specify what versions the file is good for.
