The error is, "Initialization error CMA server is not ready to accept logins. Please wait a few minutes and try again." Waiting does not help. This CMA has been up and running for about a year now, with out problem. Has anyone ever run into this Error before? I tried cycle power but nothing changed. Prior to this the only error I have got is LDAP is down. I'm not sure if it is related.

Andy,

Is this CMA using an external SQL server to host the databases? If so, you might want to check on the status of this server to make sure it is online and accessible. Other than that, it sounds like the CMA services are not starting. Unfortunately we would need more hands on troubleshooting than this forum will allow. I would suggest calling into tech support to open a ticket to get it resolved.

On the other hand, you could always take this opportunity to image the CMA to v6 using a DVD made from an v6 ISO file.
