Dear All,

Required pointers....

Scenario:

RPRM

DMA

RPAD

RPCS

Endpoint provisioned internally and over the internet.

661032 - Endpoint in the network

661033 - End point in the internet

Calls from 661032 to 661033 is working

Calls from 661032 to 661033 is not working.

DMA IP - 10.1.1.12

RPAD LAN - 10.1.1.14

RPAD WAN - 10.1.1.15

Means calls from EP in the internal network to the EP in the internet on the E.164 is not working.

Basic configurations of RPAD and DMA is in tact. Sites are created with site links to internet.

Observation is  Calls made from the internal network is routed to RPAD LAN leg by DMA , but RPAD LAN legs instead of sending the traffic to RPAD WAN leg it sends it back to DMA. , please find the attached call signalling snaps .

Hello Sreejith,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

Could I kindly ask you not to "bump" posts?

If someone has an answer for you they will answer. If this is urgent please open a support ticket via your Polycom reseller.
