Good day to everyone

 

I have a site that I want to add to our CMA global address list but the issue I have is that the site is only using ISDN to make calls.  So far the only way I could add this site to the global address book was to create 2 entries. One entry so we can dial out and the second entry so they can call into our units. These entries were setup as guest book entries. Our CMA is 5.4 and so far I can't see any way to go into the global address book and create an entry for this site.

 

Any suggestions?
