We are experiencing an issue between our scheduling system and RPRM recurring API with inconsistencies with it generating the conference IDs back to our system. 30% of the time it send the ID other time its blank or meaningless rubbish.
Do we have a fix for this issue?

It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
In order to get anything fixed you need to raise this via your local Polycom reseller.
