Is it possible to dial to another site via the RSS4000 recorder eg. prefix.

So let's say site one has number 1234, site two has 5678 and the recording-prefix is 4000 and I want to call from site one to site two and record it, then dial from the unit in site one: 40005678?

(Without the use of a RMX)...

Unfortunately it's impossible, RSS 4000 doesn't support transparent calls. The only way to record P2P call is to have both sides dialing into the virtual recording room (VRR).

I know, but I used to be able to use content in the recording. Now when dialing with two sites into the VRR and use content, it does not seem to record the content.

Version I am using is 8.5
