we have released the RPRM 10.2 update.

 

What’s New in Release 10.2.0


Polycom® RealPresence® Resource Manager 10.2.0 includes the features and functionality of previous releases and includes the following new features:

  • Video Endpoint and Audio Phones License Enhancement (Non-Polycom® RealPresence Clariti™)
  • Filter Enhancements
  • Support for User Defined Attributes in CSV File
  • Assign Auto-Added Phones to Default Endpoint Groups
  • Support for More Phone Configuration Profiles
  • Phone Software Updates Enhancements
  • Support for Uploading Phone Configuration Files
  • Support for Updating Endpoint Model Definition
  • Disk Space Usage Notice for Phone Software Updates and Resource Files
  • Support for New Devices
  • Polycom® Concierge No Longer Supported
