Unable to connect to CMAD through Active Directory account

Hello Everybody,
This is my first post here .
We are facing one issue with CMAD login when trying to login via active directory account .
Error: Unable to connect to LDAP server .
Although the same is working for EMEA region but not working for APAC region .
If anybody has some idea about this issue, please let me know .

LDAP Port 389 was blocked by firewall for anyone else that finds this trail !
A firewall that wasn't disclosed to me :-)
