Where can i see rprm serial number.

 

Version: 5.0.1

 

I try to find serial number under

 

Admin > Server setting > Licenses

 

but there was no option for serial number.

 

Can anyone help me....

No one knows where can we see RPRM serial number in web UI..

There was no version 5.0.1 for RealPresence Resource Manager. Are you thinking its predecessor, CMA?

 

Either way, you should be able to see the seial number on the Licensing page.

On the virtual editions if you go to the "Licence" menu option in the left hand menu then select "allocation" it will take you to a licence allocation summary page.

Click on the "RPRM" heading to see details.

Here you should be able to see several licences, (number of audio endpoints, number of video endpoints, encryption and the units base licence)

The Base Perpetual licence is the code you want

 

You can use this to register the resource manager on the poly support page and look up the support entitlements, raise cases etc, in just the same way as a serial
