VBP-E port USED

I have a 4555 VBP-E behind Checkpoint firewall and i have open in front the port  1024<=>65535 and the VBP dont work...

I must open the port 0<=>65535 and the vbp work....

Its amazing because in the technical guide polycom dont speak about 0<=>1024 port in front....only 1024<=>65535.

Can you help me ???
