Hi....

the customer had two VMC1000 and ten RSS2000 units in the same subnet. everything was working normaly.

today they noticied that the both VMC are not polling videos from the RSS. both VMC shows that last polled files since 31/8/2011

 

i checked the prcocess and all of them was running. i restarted the servers and the Rss but the same. i deleted one of the RSS and re defined it again (1- new rss resource  2- add rss discovery   3- enable import live and recorded from RSS resource)

but the VMC didn't initiate to poll and it shows n/a on the new defined record.

 

please advise.
