Hi All, 

 

I am currently having a issue, Recently we have set a web suite service & web suite experience portal, The issue we facing is during the email invitation has send out to the particapant via service portal, When user click on the email inivtation link, There is http 404 eror.

 

in this enviroment we have below instance running through HYPER V machine 

 

- RMX 

- RPAD 

- DMA 

- PLATFORM DIRECTOR 

- WEB SUITE SERVICE 

- WEB SUITE EXPERIENCE 

 

Appreciate anybody here can share me the information about this.

have you tried accessing Websuite experience portal , lets say 

ur experience portal is "web.example.com"

 

Have you tried accessing the portal https://web.example.com 

 

If yes what is the outcome?
