Hoping you can provide some direction into the following:
We have recently deployed a Clariti suite and all is working well except for the Web Suite connectivity.
When connecting to the service portal, I am able to login and have the schedule or meet now interface (however does not launch) but when trying to launch a meeting it just times out.
Connecting directly to the Experience Portal, without any port option, I am presented with a message of:
Server not Reachable
Please check your network connection and try again.
I have checked and confirmed all DNS records are fully functional and am able to connect to Experience Portal Via 9445 for admin but when merely trying to connect to a VMR it fails.
Any assistance would be most appreciated.
Versions used are as follows:
Colaboration Server 8.6.4
Web Suite Experience 2.1.2
Web Suite Service 2.1.2
