Need Suggestion.

We have customer who need to have a video conference setup on Wi-Fi. We tested the Polycom RPD but the issue is that the customer unable to dial in but we are able to dial to the customer from bridge (Polycom RMX 4000)

I am 100 % sure the issue is NAT / Wi-Fi as when we tested the application using Public IP it works fine always.

Please Guide

Laptop with WI-fi <------> Polycom VBP <-------- > Polycom CMA 5000 <--------------> Polycom RMX 4000

As far as the Polycom infrastructure is concerned, it makes no difference if the network connection is over a wired connection or wireless. One thing I would check is if the subnet that encompasses the wireless network is included in one of the CMA sites. If it isn't it would be considered an Internet/VPN call and most likely be routed through the VBP.
